2008 SPONSORSHIP LETTER
Saddle Up Niagara
is a brand new saddle club that has started up in Lincoln. It is a
non-profit organization that was established to provide the opportunity
for local riders of all ages to join together in “fun” horse shows with a
strong emphasis on sportsmanship and friendly competition. Horse shows
will be schooling shows and the Club’s activities will be geared to both
the development and education of riders who may want to later move on to
higher levels of competition as well as those who are just out to have
some fun with their horses and friends.
Our shows will
take place at the Beamsville Fairgrounds in a new show ring constructed by
the Lincoln Agricultural Society in 2007. Since this is our first year of
operations, we must raise funds to cover the cost of some equipment and up
front expenses that are necessary to be ready for our first show in June
of 2008. In addition, we would like to obtain sponsorships to help cover
the costs of awards and performance recognition at our end of year
banquet.
We hope that
businesses and associations in the community will sponsor our club.
Attached you will find a description of the benefits at various
sponsorship levels. If you are not able to give a monetary donation, we
would be very appreciative of tack, gift certificates, horse related
products, raffle prizes, etc. We encourage all of our members to support
our sponsors.
