I
would like to invite everyone to participate in the 150th annual Lincoln
County Fair to be held at the Beamsville Fairgrounds, September 6 - 9,
2007.
The
Directors of the Lincoln Agricultural Society are proud to offer an
enhanced Fair package to all guests. We trust there is something for
everyone at this year's Fair.
Events
will kick off on September 6th with a community parade, special amusements
ride prices, opening ceremonies with a 150th anniversary cake and a
fireworks display, all with no admission pricing at the gates. This is
certainly a time when we can say thank you for all your support during
past years.
Friday,
Saturday and Sunday will see three days of educational displays, increased
livestock competitions, special motor events, country music at its best,
as well as thrilling amusement rides.
We
believe you will be pleased with your visit to our 150th “Victorian
Country Fair".

HOMECRAFT
PRESIDENT - 2008
Welcome to “The Green Scene’, a most
appropriate theme for our 2008 Fair. We are constantly being made aware of
the importance of taking care of our environment, and when you stop to
think about it – local fairs have always been demonstrating this message.
Remember, little everyday things
count – so take a lesson from what you see here – raising animals, growing
their foods, and ours, preparing and preserving our foods, sewing for
ourselves and our homes, creating with crafts and hobbies – and so much
more!
Check out especially, the talents of
our young contributors – they are our caretakers of the future.
Enjoy this year’s Fair.
