 RULES& REGULATIONS

  1. Classes 1-95 are open to the Public, Separate and Private school pupils in Lincoln County.  Each grade is limited to the five best specimens in each Class (except printing / handwriting classes 1-9c, three entries only).
  2. In Classes 1-92 exhibits must be certified by the teacher as the pupil=s work in regular school periods, of the current school year.
  3. In Classes 1-59 Prize Money: 1st $3.00; 2nd $2.00; 3rd $1.00
  4. In Classes 60-95 the prizes will be listed.
  5. Entry tickets and entry sheets will be mailed to each school upon request.  Entry sheets must be in duplicate, one will be returned to the teacher.  Do not fail to inform the chairperson of the number required.
  6. The entry tickets must be filled out by the teacher and securely fastened to each pupil=s work.  The entry sheets for each school or classroom must be completed by the teacher.  Be certain to include both the student=s name and the school name.  Please use the school stamp on the back of the article.
  7. All entry tags to be placed on the lower right hand corner of the exhibits, within the limits of exhibits where possible, as securely as possible.  Please print or write clearly.
  8. All school exhibits, Classes 1-85, properly ticketed and accompanied by their entry sheets, should be delivered to the Fairgrounds and accepted by the Fair Secretary, Anita Philpott, or a member of the Committee between 4:00 and 5:00 pm Friday June 5th or by 9 am June 6th .
  9. All schools are asked to take down their exhibits Monday, September 10th  right after school.

Each Group to consist of 2-6 students. One entry from each grade. Maximum size: 120 cm long x 90 cm high.  Open to each grade=s choice of media- NO CHALK.  Theme - The Fair.  Include a title on the mural.

Grand Champion of EACH section of this class will receive $30.00 prize money. (Include each student=s name on the entry tag for administrative purposes.)  There are no additional prize monies for this class.
